At Big Little Company, we value your satisfaction with your purchase and aim to provide a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact. 

To initiate a return, please log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order details. Or access your account here. Select the items you wish to return, choose a reason for return, and submit your request. You will receive a return shipping label via email if applicable. All returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date and be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@biglittleshoes.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
